Budokwai Stockholm invites you to a one-day seminar on

"Passai boxing system".

This is something completely different from the sport karate that one
could see in e.g. the Olympic Games in 2020. Instead, we focus on karate's

roots as a highly effective system of civil self defense. Here you get to

learn different applications with punches, kicks, locks and throws based

on the Passai Kata.

You are welcome no matter what style you usually practice.
